Wrong, damaged, or misdescribed goods
Contact MegaDawg if an item arrives damaged, the wrong item is delivered, or it materially differs from its description. Keep the packaging and send your order number and photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
This final-sale policy does not exclude rights or remedies required by applicable law or protections provided by your payment provider.
Shipping and local options
U.S. shipping: $7 per standard order, or $20 per order containing a helmet or statue. Orders normally ship within 3–5 business days after payment through USPS or UPS. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This is handling time before shipment; carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination and service. We do not guarantee an arrival date.
Local delivery: $5, with delivery the next day after your order. A complete delivery address within Columbus, Mississippi, or Starkville, Mississippi, is required. Please provide a phone number or email so we can coordinate delivery. If your address is outside these cities, select shipping or contact us before ordering.
Local pickup: free, by arrangement after purchase. Contact MegaDawg to agree on a pickup time and location before traveling.
If we cannot ship within the stated handling time, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and the option to cancel for a refund of the unshipped items. Contact us promptly about an overdue shipment or delivery.
