Effective October 18, 2026. This policy explains how MegaDawg Collectibles in Starkville, Mississippi, handles information through megadawg.us.

Information we receive

When you sign in or use an account, we receive your email address and any name, delivery address, saved wishlist, and account details you provide. Orders may include item details, payment status and transaction identifiers, delivery or pickup choices, and the contact and shipping information needed to fulfill the order.

If you offer a collection for sale, we receive the contact details, location, item descriptions, asking price if supplied, photographs, and other information you submit. Please do not include identity documents, payment credentials, or unrelated personal information in photographs or messages. Newsletter signup collects your email and signup preferences.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Sign-in protection uses a hashed IP address and temporary verification records.

How information is used

We use information to process and fulfill orders, coordinate delivery and pickup, provide account access and loyalty rewards, answer inquiries, evaluate collections offered for sale, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain the site, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Newsletter marketing is based on your signup; use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter to stop those messages. Order and account messages are separate from marketing.

Payments and service providers

PayPal processes checkout payments and may offer additional payment methods. MegaDawg receives transaction and order information; full payment-card details are entered with the payment provider rather than into MegaDawg's own forms. Cloudflare provides site hosting and supporting services, and Mailjet supports email delivery and newsletter signup. These providers process information needed for their services under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also share necessary delivery information with USPS, UPS, or people carrying out local delivery.

We may disclose relevant records when required by law, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect legal rights. Facebook and TikTok links lead to separate services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and storage on your device

The site uses a session cookie for account sign-in and browser storage for features such as your cart, wishlist, recently viewed items, checkout recovery, preferences, and arcade scores. Arcade top scores are currently stored on your device. Payment and newsletter providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies. You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings, but saved features, sign-in, or checkout may stop working.

Retention and security

We keep information as needed for the purposes above, order support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Temporary sign-in and session records expire; correspondence and email copies may remain longer than temporary website records. We use technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can unsubscribe from newsletters, clear information saved in your browser, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for transactions or legal obligations. Requests are handled subject to applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information that should be removed.
